1. Early Spring: Balanced fertilizer, crabgrass pre-emergent and broadleaf weed control as needed.


2. Late Spring: Balanced fertilizer application with a 2nd crabgrass preventer and weed control as needed.


3. Early Summer: Balanced fertilizer, weed control and surface insect control


4. Mid Summer: A lite analysis balanced fertilizer with organic micro nutrient package for heat stressed lawns with insect and weed control as needed.


5. Late Summer: Balanced fertilizer with organic bio-stimulants to help speed the recovery from the summer stressed lawns. Insect and weed controls applied where needed.


6. Fall: A specially designed fertilizer analysis for late season applications. Ensures extended greening through fall with early spring green up.

What We Do



6 Balanced fertilizer applications: Every 5-6 weeks to ensure a green lush lawn all season long


2 Crabgrass pre-emergent applications: This ensures the longest window of crabgrass control thru the summer months


Surface insect control as needed throughout the season: Controls turf damaging insects like Chinch Bugs and Bill Bugs


Weed control as needed throughout the year: A weed free lawn from Spring thru Fall


FREE... Service Calls as needed: If you have any concerns we'll come out and take a look for you


Lawn inspection and recommendations: We'll make you aware of any problems we may see on your lawn and give you a recommendation that would help.


Optional supplemental service's can be added at any time: Lime treatment, Preventative Grub Control or Core Aeration​
